Access to Information

We are aware that some people may find it difficult to read documents such as letters or newsletters. To ensure your access to information, if you need it we undertake to provide the following services free of charge:

  • If required, we will provide a copy of this Handbook or any other document in a different format or language
  • If you want to talk to us and you need a sign language interpreter because you have difficulty hearing or speaking, we can arrange this for you
  • If you need assistance because you have a first language that is not English, we can arrange for an interpreter to be present when you meet our colleagues
  • Our offices are fully accessible to those who may have a physical disability
  • Our website is tested for accessibility
  • We ensure our contractors and consultants have a commitment to equalities and comply with relevant health and safety, employment and equal opportunities legislation
