Salary Range: £21,877 – £25,664

Following an exciting period of business change and growth, we are now recruiting for an ICT Support Assistant to join our team.
The ICT Support Assistant will assist the ICT Project Manager in carrying out the day to day ICT functions within the organisation, including providing first-line support for our internal systems and contributing to initiatives and projects as required.
With good general education to CSE/O/GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths, you should have good decision making and complex problem-solving skills as well as an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A qualification in a related ICT subject would also be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and practical experience of the following:
- Setup, configuration and maintenance of all company servers, desktops, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications
- Creating, developing, maintaining and querying databases to produce reports
- Maintenance of an ICT asset register
- Creating company backups and managing associated disaster recovery processes
- Developing and maintaining ICT documentation, processes and procedures
