Scottish Social Housing Charter
The Scottish Social Housing Charter was approved by the Scottish Government in 2012. It aims to improve the quality and value of services which social landlords like Fife Housing Group provide for their tenants and other customers. The charter sets out 16 standards which social landlords should aim to achieve. We also need to produce an annual report on how Fife Housing Association is performing against the charter. Our Annual Report
We provide an annual report containing information about what we have achieved in the previous year and our performance against targets set by our Board of Management. A copy is sent to every tenant and the most recent versions are also available to download below.
