Job Title: Property Officer (Part-time – Wednesday – 7 hours)
Salary Range: £28,290 – £33,270 (Pro-rata)

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, well organised part-time Property Officer to join our Property Team, providing administrative support in the delivery of an excellent tenant and customer focused service and embodying our brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open, honest and versatile.
Reporting to our Property Manager, the successful candidate will possess a good general education (including English) to CSE/O/GCSE level or equivalent and ideally hold a relevant housing, technical or management qualification at HND level or above. You will also be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and practical experience of the following:
- Handling a wide range of enquiries, particularly by email and telephone
- Co-ordinating internal trades, contractors and consultants workloads to achieve a first class customer service
- Responding to queries, dealing with difficult customers and solving problems
- Understanding contractors responsibilities and tenants’ rights in relation to reactive repairs
- Working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience in the Social Housing Sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
