We are delighted to have again been recognised as one of the top not-for-profit employers in the country. Coming in at 32 on ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For 2020’ list, make us one of the Top 50 organisations of any type to work for in Scotland and one of the Top 25 housing organisations in the whole of the UK.
Additionally, we have been awarded a two-star accreditation by Best Companies, showing how seriously we take workplace engagement and sending a powerful message that our colleagues feel both valued and motivated.
In 2018 we successfully achieved the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Gold Accreditation, just one year after having reached silver status.
We were also recently a finalist for the CIH excellence awards for ‘Housing Team of the Year’, finalist in the Margaret Vass Award for ‘Excellence in Frontline Housing’, finalist in the Fife Business Award for ‘Excellence in People Development’ and shortlisted for ‘Charity Champion of the Year’ in the Dunfermline Press Community Champion Awards.
