Scottish Social Housing Charter

shr-logoThe Scottish Social Housing Charter aims to improve the quality and value of services that social landlords provide for their tenants and other customers. The charter sets out the standards which social landlords should aim to achieve and can be viewed in full on the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) website.

Importantly, it also places a requirement on us to produce an annual report on how Fife Housing Group is performing against the Charter which we publish each autumn.

Additionally, tenants can report any significant performance failures (whereby a landlord’s action(s), or lack of action, could be deemed to be a serious concern which puts the interests of a number of tenants at risk) directly to the SHR. You can find out more about what could be classed as a significant performance failure and how to go about reporting these in this factsheet.

Our Annual Report

Our annual report contains information about what we have achieved in the previous year and how our performance against the charter compares to both our peer group and the Scottish average. A copy is sent to every tenant and the most recent versions are also available to view or download below.
