At home with Fife Housing Group – 8 July 2020

8 July 2020

Welcome to our latest round-up of information and advice which you may find useful during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

Although our office is still closed to the public, we remain fully contactable on 08000 274 007 and via info@fifehg.org.uk. Please also note that our text number changed to 07520 632 740 on Monday 6 April.

As lockdown restrictions start to ease, we are beginning to reintroduce previously suspended services – you can find more details regarding this here.

Routine repairs

Routine repairs have restarted and our team have now worked their way through scheduling the backlog which built-up during lockdown. As such, we are now able to book appointments for new repairs from Wednesday 15 July. If you have confirmed an appointment, it is really important that you are available at the agreed time to have the repair completed.

When attending to undertake these repairs, our operatives will wear the appropriate personal protective equipment and ask you to wait in another room while they work, to help prevent any spread of the virus. If you are shielding, self-isolating or have been diagnosed with Coronavirus please make us aware of this asap.

Please note, that if we attend to undertake a scheduled repair and you are not available to provide access, the appointment will be cancelled and your request will return to the back of the queue for processing.
