Up and down the country, people have been drawing or painting rainbows and putting them in windows to show support for the NHS and other key workers their community – as well to make people smile!
We want to give our tenants the opportunity to get even more involved by asking anyone, young or old, with an interest in art to draw, paint or create a picture containing a rainbow and enter it into our ‘Reach for a rainbow’ competition.
This competition is open to all Fife Housing Group tenants, with categories for every age group detailed below, so get creative and start showcasing your skills.
Children – For entrants aged 0-10
Young people – For entrants aged 11-18
Adults – For all entrants aged 18+
The winner of each category will win a £25 gift card, with some smaller runner-up prizes available as well.
If you are a Fife Housing Group tenant who would like to enter, please send a photograph of your artwork to melissa.mcmanus@fifehg.org.uk by 12noon on Friday 19 June 2020, including the name, age and telephone number of the artist in the email. Judging will take place week commencing 22 June 2020 and winners will be notified by telephone or email.
Be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels in the meantime though as we will be showcasing the wonderful entries there!
