Job Title: Housing Officer (Fixed Term Contract – Two Years)

Salary Range: £28,290 – £33,270

Fife Housing Group is an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation, committed to providing quality, affordable housing to tenants throughout Fife.

Reporting to the Housing Manager, you will be expected to deliver a comprehensive tenant and customer focused housing management service, with responsibility for all housing management activities in your designated area, including estate management, tenancy management, tenancy disputes, anti-social behaviour, tenant participation, allocations and debt control.

The ideal candidate will be educated to (or working towards) CIH Level 4 in Housing or equivalent.  To be successful in this position you must have demonstrated experience in a similar role and experience with MS Office. You will also embody our brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open, honest and versatile.

Please note that this post is also subject to a basic disclosure under the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in Scotland.
