Some handy info from Cosy Kingdom. If you have a prepayment meter please do a small top-up as soon as you can!The energy price cap has fallen today but if you're on a traditional prepayment meter (topped up with a key and card) your meter won't be able to update with the new lower tariff until you top up.
If you can, you should do a small top up as soon as possible to update your tariff information and make your credit last longer. ... See MoreSee Less

We have two dedicated Income Maximisation Officers who can help. All you need to do is contact The Big IDEA at thebigidea@fifehg.org.ukHaving debt problems can affect your mental health in different ways. It can cause worry and stress, and worsen mental health problems. On #DebtAwarenessWeek, we are highlighting how debt can impact your mental health, and how to get help.
🔹 Debt can make you anxious, especially if you’re dealing with it alone.
🔹 Worrying about debt can affect your sleep, which in turn can affect your mood.
🔹 Poor sleep can also affect your relationships, which are important for your mental health.
🔹It can worsen existing conditions like depression.
🔹 It can lead to you not doing things that support good mental health, like socialising or exercising.
