Thanks to everyone who joined our latest Estate Walkabout in Allan Park, Hill of Beath, on Tuesday (25 August.)

It was a good opportunity to meet with local residents and hear what you want to see improved in your area. One of your biggest concerns is the large number of recycling bins which clutter the shared areas around flats, lead to rubbish being dumped and attract vermin. We are speaking to Fife Council about replacing the bins with large communal recycling containers. We would then house these in purpose-built bin stores, similar to the ones which have proved a success at Leven Road, Kennoway.
